8Bean strives for customer satisfaction.

Please note that our products are hand crafted from genuine leather with this natural product exhibiting its own characteristics.  Scratch marks and flaws are not considered to be defects.

Refunds

Our return policy allows you to return an item within 10 days of receiving it. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the proof of purchase. 

To initiate a return, you can contact us at 8bean88@gmail.com. 

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed if accepted.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Returns need to be sent to the following address: 1 Power Lane, Howick, 3290 attention Janine Van Deventer. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is incorrect, defective or damaged.  We can then attend to this situation.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If we have made an error in sending the wrong product, we will be liable for any courier costs.

If you have made an error with your order please contact us immediately to exchange the item.  In the above situation you will be liable for courier costs.
